Proper position
- Sit on the horizontal bench press.
- Grasp the bar in your hands with a supinated grip (palms facing up).
- Place your feet on the toe supports, legs slightly bent, and keep your back straight.
Movement
- Pull the bar up to chest level.
- Return to your initial position by extending your arms.
Breathing
- Inhale while bending.
- Expires upon expansion.
