Instructions

Proper position

  • Position yourself seated on the machine, with your feet against the footrest.
  • Hold the handle in your hand on the side you wish to work on.

Movement

  • Pull your arm horizontally until your wrist is level with your torso.
  • Return to your initial position.

Breathing

  • Exhale as you pull.
  • Inhale as you return to the starting position.
