Adequate position
- Place a rubber band on the bar and rest one or both feet on it.
- Take the bar with your hands in the pronation position.
- Your arms outstretched, your back straight, your feet off the ground.
Movement
- Raise your arms and flex your forearms.
- When your hands are at neck level, extend your arms and extend your forearms.
Respiration
- Breathe in on the climb.
- Exhale in the descent.
