Instructions

Adequate position

  • Place a rubber band on the bar and rest one or both feet on it.
  • Take the bar with your hands in the pronation position.
  • Your arms outstretched, your back straight, your feet off the ground.

Movement

  • Raise your arms and flex your forearms.
  • When your hands are at neck level, extend your arms and extend your forearms.

Respiration

  • Breathe in on the climb.
  • Exhale in the descent.
