Instructions

Proper Position and Movement

  • Standing in a stable position, feet shoulder-width apart, in profile at a pulley set at the height of your hand, elbow flexed at 90 degrees, this involves externally rotating the shoulder. The elbow remains tight close to the body.

Warning

  • The muscles of the rotator cuff are small, quite fragile muscles.
  • There is no point in trying to overload them.
  • It is therefore an exercise that will be carried out with a light load in order to strengthen muscles.
