Proper position
- Grasp each pulley with the palms of your hands facing forward.
- Stand upright, one foot in front of the other, your back straight and your chest slightly forward.
Movement
- bring your hands side by side while contracting your pectorals.
- Your body should remain still, only your arms move during the movement.
- Return gently to the initial position.
- Keep your arms slightly bent to protect your joints and control the movement.
Breathing
- Inhale while bending.
- Expires during expansion.
