The right position
- Sit on the bench of the horizontal pull-up.
- Grasp the handles in your hands.
- Place your feet on the footrests, legs slightly bent, and keep your back straight.
Movement
- Pull the handles up to your chest.
- Return to your initial position by extending your arms.
Breathing
- Inhale during flexion.
- Exhale on extension.
