Proper posture
- Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Squat down and place your hands in front of your feet.
Movement
- Jump backwards until your legs are fully extended and your body is in plank position.
- Do a push-up, jump forward, then push up on your heels to return to the starting position.
- Repeat until the series is complete.
Breathing
- Breathe throughout the exercise.
