Instructions

Proper posture

  • Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  • Squat down and place your hands in front of your feet.

Movement

  • Jump backwards until your legs are fully extended and your body is in plank position.
  • Do a push-up, jump forward, then push up on your heels to return to the starting position.
  • Repeat until the series is complete.

Breathing

  • Breathe throughout the exercise.
