Proper position
- Stand with your back to the machine, with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent.
- Grasp the handle in your hand with a supinated grip (palm facing up).
- Keep your arms straight alongside your body, and keep your back straight.
Movement
- Flex your forearm.
- Extend your forearm.
Breathing
- Inhale while bending.
- Expires during expansion.
