Instructions

Proper position

  • Sit on the machine with your back straight.
  • Position your arms so that they are parallel to the floor and bend your elbows.
  • Place your feet shoulder-width apart.

Movement

  • Raise your arms to the level of your face.
  • Return to your initial position.

Breathing

  • Inhale on the way up.
  • Exhale on the descent.
