The right position
- Position yourself facing the ground.
- Spread your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
- Keep your arms straight and elbows unlocked.
- Extend your legs and spread your feet to the width of your pelvis.
Movement
- Slowly lower your arms until your chest is flush with the ground.
- Return to your starting position.
Breathing
- Inhale on the way down.
- Exhale on the way up.
