Instructions

Proper position

  • Stand on the footrest and select the desired weight.
  • Hold the bar with your hands in the pronated position.
  • Arms straight, back straight, feet off the ground.

Movement

  • Raise your arms and flex your forearms.
  • When your hands are at neck level, lower your arms and extend your forearms.

Breathing

  • Inhale on the way up.
  • Exhale on the way down.
