Proper position
- Stand on the footrest and select the desired weight.
- Hold the bar with your hands in the pronated position.
- Arms straight, back straight, feet off the ground.
Movement
- Raise your arms and flex your forearms.
- When your hands are at neck level, lower your arms and extend your forearms.
Breathing
- Inhale on the way up.
- Exhale on the way down.
