Instructions

Proper position

  • Grasp each pulley with your palms facing forward.
  • Stand upright, one foot in front of the other, your back straight, your chest proud, and your torso slightly forward.

Movement

  • Bring your hands side by side while contracting your pectorals.
  • Your body should remain still, only your arms move during the movement.
  • Slowly return to the initial position. Keep your arms slightly bent to protect your joints and control the movement.

Breathing

  • Inhale while spreading your arms and exhale during the effort, when you bring the handles together.
