Proper position
- Grasp each pulley with your palms facing forward.
- Stand upright, one foot in front of the other, your back straight, your chest proud, and your torso slightly forward.
Movement
- Bring your hands side by side while contracting your pectorals.
- Your body should remain still, only your arms move during the movement.
- Slowly return to the initial position. Keep your arms slightly bent to protect your joints and control the movement.
Breathing
- Inhale while spreading your arms and exhale during the effort, when you bring the handles together.
