Instructions

Proper position

  • Stand upright, legs apart, back straight.
  • Hold a kettlebell in your hands, holding the handle on both sides.
  • Stretch your arms.

Movement

  • Raise your arms straight up to the level of your forehead.
  • Lower your arms again, controlling the descent.

Breathing

  • Inhale as you go up.
  • Exhales when descending.
