Instructions

Proper position

  • Adjusts the load at the rear of the machine, the backrest and the height of the sleeves which should not rest on the shin or the tip of the toes but between the two.
  • Sit with your back and lower back pressed to the seat, your torso straight, your feet tucked under the sleeves and your hands holding your wrists at your side.

Movement

  • Raise the weight then hold the contraction in the top position.
  • Return to the starting position by braking the descent.

Breathing

  • Inhale during the descent.
  • Exhale while contracting your quadriceps.
