Proper position

  • Sit on the machine and adjust it so that your upper arms are parallel to the floor and your back is straight.
  • Grab the handles.

Movement

  • Slowly bring your arms down to your lower abdomen.
  • Hold this position for a second and slowly return to the starting position.

Breathing

  • Inhale while bending.
  • Expires during expansion.
