Instructions

Position

  • Position yourself seated on the rower.
  • Keep your back flat and straight.
  • Take the bar in your hands.

Movement

  • Push yourself back with your legs and pull the bar towards you with your arms until it is level with your abdomen.
  • Return to your initial position.

Breathing

  • Inhale during the draw.
  • Expires during expansion.
