Proper position
- Stand upright, your feet shoulder-width apart, your knees unlocked.
- Hold the rope in each hand in a hammer grip.
- Place the pulley on the top of your quadriceps, keeping your arms straight and your elbows unlocked.
Movement
- Raise your arms.
- Lower your arms, holding the descent slightly.
Breathing
- Inhale on the way up.
- Exhale on the descent.
