Instructions

Proper position

  • Stand upright, your feet shoulder-width apart, your knees unlocked.
  • Hold the rope in each hand in a hammer grip.
  • Place the pulley on the top of your quadriceps, keeping your arms straight and your elbows unlocked.

Movement

  • Raise your arms.
  • Lower your arms, holding the descent slightly.

Breathing

  • Inhale on the way up.
  • Exhale on the descent.
