Instructions

Adequate position

  • Position yourself facing the ground.
  • Spread your hands a little wider than the width of your shoulders.
  • Keep your arms outstretched and your elbows unlocked.
  • Stretch your legs and spread your feet to the width of your pelvis.

Movement

  • Lower your arms until your bust is level to the ground.
  • Return to your starting position by raising your arms.

Respiration

  • Breathe in during the descent.
  • Exhale during the climb.
