Adequate position
- Position yourself facing the ground.
- Spread your hands a little wider than the width of your shoulders.
- Keep your arms outstretched and your elbows unlocked.
- Stretch your legs and spread your feet to the width of your pelvis.
Movement
- Lower your arms until your bust is level to the ground.
- Return to your starting position by raising your arms.
Respiration
- Breathe in during the descent.
- Exhale during the climb.
