Instructions

Proper Position
Sit on the leg press machine in a reclined position, with your back firmly against the backrest.
Place your feet on the platform, hip-width apart, and slightly angled outward.
Ensure your knees are aligned with your toes and your legs form approximately a 90° angle in the starting position.
Hold the side handles to maintain a stable posture.

Movement
Push the platform away with your feet to extend your legs, without locking your knees at the top of the movement.
Slowly lower the platform by bending your knees until your thighs are close to your torso, ensuring your lower back stays against the backrest.
Repeat the motion for the desired number of repetitions.

Breathing
Inhale as you bend your legs to lower the platform.
Exhale as you push the platform to extend your legs.
