Instructions

Proper position

  • Lie down on a mat.
  • Bend one leg, keeping your foot on the floor.
  • Place the other leg with the heel on the knee of the first.
  • Place your hand against your knee.

Movement

  • Rotate until your knees touch the floor.
  • Hold the position for the desired time.
  • Return slowly to the starting position.

Breathing

  • Breathe in and out calmly throughout the exercise.
