The right position
- Place your feet on the carpet.
- Get into a push-up position with your feet inside the straps.
- Your torso and legs should be straight.
Movement and breathing
- Exhale as you bend your knees, hips and waist and bring your knees toward your chest.
- Inhale as you extend your knees, hips and waist back to the starting position.
- Repeat this movement until you have performed the desired number of repetitions.
