Instructions

The right position

  • Place your feet on the carpet.
  • Get into a push-up position with your feet inside the straps.
  • Your torso and legs should be straight.

Movement and breathing

  • Exhale as you bend your knees, hips and waist and bring your knees toward your chest.
  • Inhale as you extend your knees, hips and waist back to the starting position.
  • Repeat this movement until you have performed the desired number of repetitions.
