Instructions
The right position
- Position yourself on a lumbar bench, with your heels under the sleeves and your lower hip resting on the support.
- Your knees are slightly bent and your hands crossed over your chest.
Movement
- Lower your torso, bending at the hips and keeping your back straight. As you rise, don't go beyond the horizontal and hold the upright position for two seconds, contracting your lumbar vertebrae.
Breathing
- Inhale on the way up and exhale on the way down.
