Proper position

  • Take a pair of dumbbells, place your hands in a hammer grip, your arms straight.

Movement

  • Practice a flexion of your forearms followed by a rotation in supination mode.
  • Practice an extension of your forearms.

Breathing

  • Inhale into the flexion.
  • Expires in the expansion.
