Instructions

Proper position

  • Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  • Your legs bent, your torso tilted forward, your back straight.
  • Take a pair of dumbbells in your hands.

Movement

  • Bend your waist forward, keeping your back straight, and lower the dumbbells towards your shins.
  • Contract your glutes and hamstrings and return to a standing position.

Breathing

  • Exhale as you stand up.
  • Inhale on the descent.
