Proper position
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Your legs bent, your torso tilted forward, your back straight.
- Take a pair of dumbbells in your hands.
Movement
- Bend your waist forward, keeping your back straight, and lower the dumbbells towards your shins.
- Contract your glutes and hamstrings and return to a standing position.
Breathing
- Exhale as you stand up.
- Inhale on the descent.
