Instructions

Proper position

  • Place the bench horizontally.
  • Your feet are on the ground, knees at a right angle.
  • With your hands pronated, take the dumbbells.
  • Stretch your arms.

Movement

  • Lower your arms horizontally and bend your forearms.
  • Raise your arms horizontally and extend your forearms.

Breathing

  • Inhale while bending
  • Expires in the expansion.
