Instructions

Proper position

  • Place the bench horizontally.

  • With your hands pronated, grasp the bar.
  • Extend your arms.

Movement

  • Lower your arms horizontally and flex your forearms.
  • Raise your arms horizontally and extend your forearms.

Breathing

  • Inhale into the flexion.
  • Exhale into the extension.
