Instructions

Proper position

  • Adjust the height of the seat so that the handles are above your eyes.
  • Grasp the handles with your hammer hands, keep your arms straight.
  • Keep your feet on the floor, shoulder-width apart, with your knees at a right angle.

Movement

  • Lower your arms into a forearm curl, placing the handles at the upper part of your sternum.
  • Raise your arms horizontally by performing a forearm extension.

Breathing

  • Inhale while bending.
  • Expires during expansion.
