Proper position
- Position yourself facing the ground.
- Clench your fists and lean on them.
- Your arms straight, your elbows unlocked.
- Your legs straight, your feet apart the width of your pelvis.
Movement
- Lower your arms until your chest is flush with the ground.
- Raise your arms back to your initial position.
Breathing
- Inhale on the descent.
- Exhale on the way up.
