Proper position
- Position yourself facing the ground.
- Arrange your hands in front of you, forming a diamond shape with your thumbs and index fingers.
- Keep your arms straight and your elbows unlocked.
- Straighten your legs and spread your feet hip-width apart.
Movement
- Lower your arms until your chest is flush with the ground.
- Return to your starting position by raising your arms.
Breathing
- Inhale as you descend.
- Exhale during the climb.
