Instructions

Proper position

  • Position yourself facing the ground.
  • Arrange your hands in front of you, forming a diamond shape with your thumbs and index fingers.
  • Keep your arms straight and your elbows unlocked.
  • Straighten your legs and spread your feet hip-width apart.

Movement

  • Lower your arms until your chest is flush with the ground.
  • Return to your starting position by raising your arms.

Breathing

  • Inhale as you descend.
  • Exhale during the climb.
