- Take a bar in each hand in the neutral position.
- Your bust is upright, your arms outstretched.
- Bend your legs if your feet touch the ground.
Movement
- Lower your arms and flex your forearms.
- Raise your arms and extend your forearms.
Respiration
- Breathe in the descent.
- Exhale on the climb.
