- Keep your back straight and your hands on the handlebars for a comfortable and stable posture.
- Ensure the resistance level is suitable for your fitness level.
Movement
- Pedal with a smooth and consistent motion.
- Adjust your cadence according to your goals: slow pedaling for warm-up or recovery, faster for intensive training.
- If needed, adjust the resistance to simulate climbs or increase effort.
Breathing
- Breathe steadily and deeply throughout the exercise.
- Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth to effectively oxygenate your body.
