Instructions

Proper Position

  • Adjust the seat height so your knees are slightly bent when the pedal is at its lowest position.
  • Place your feet on the pedals, with straps (if available) tightened securely for better support.
  • Keep your back straight and your hands on the handlebars for a comfortable and stable posture.
  • Ensure the resistance level is suitable for your fitness level.

Movement

  • Pedal with a smooth and consistent motion.
  • Adjust your cadence according to your goals: slow pedaling for warm-up or recovery, faster for intensive training.
  • If needed, adjust the resistance to simulate climbs or increase effort.

Breathing

  • Breathe steadily and deeply throughout the exercise.
  • Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth to effectively oxygenate your body.
