Instructions

Proper Position

  • Adjust the assistance weight on the machine according to your strength level.
  • Step onto the platform and position your knees on the assistance pads (or your feet, depending on the machine).
  • Grab the parallel handles with a neutral grip (palms facing inward).
  • Keep your elbows slightly bent, back straight, and shoulders relaxed.

Movement

  • Slowly bend your elbows to lower your body, keeping your elbows pointing backward. Lower until your arms form about a 90-degree angle.
  • Push through the handles to return to the starting position, contracting your triceps and chest.
  • Maintain control throughout the movement to avoid jerky motions.
  • Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Breathing

  • Inhale as you lower yourself.
  • Exhale as you push back up.
