Proper Position
- Adjust the assistance weight on the machine according to your strength level.
- Step onto the platform and position your knees on the assistance pads (or your feet, depending on the machine).
- Grab the parallel handles with a neutral grip (palms facing inward).
- Keep your elbows slightly bent, back straight, and shoulders relaxed.
Movement
- Slowly bend your elbows to lower your body, keeping your elbows pointing backward. Lower until your arms form about a 90-degree angle.
- Push through the handles to return to the starting position, contracting your triceps and chest.
- Maintain control throughout the movement to avoid jerky motions.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Breathing
- Inhale as you lower yourself.
- Exhale as you push back up.
