Proper position

  • Position yourself in a crouch, with your knee on the ground on the side where you're carrying the load, holding the landmine in the bend of your elbows.

Movement

  • Straighten up by lifting your knee and return to your initial position.

Breathing

  • Inhale as you straighten up.
  • Exhale as you descend.
