Proper position
- Attach the straps to an anchor point higher than your head, adjusting the straps so that they hang about 30 cm from the ground or floor.
- Get into a push-up position with your feet inside the straps.
- Your torso and legs should be straight.
Movement and breathing
- Exhale by bending your knees, hips and waist and bringing your knees towards your chest.
- Inhale as you extend your knees, hips and waist back to the starting position.
- Repeat until you've completed the desired number of repetitions.
