Instructions

Proper position

  • Hold the machine handles to keep yourself in position, while placing your non-active foot on the side support.

Movement

  • Place your training foot on the platform, and press down with your heel until your leg is straight.
  • Pause at the bottom and contract your glutes for 1-2 seconds before letting the platform rise slowly to the top position.
  • Pause at the top and repeat for the desired number of reps before switching legs.
