Proper position
- Sit on the machine with your gluteus maximus pressed against the seat.
- Move the seat forward as far as possible. Spread your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Stretch your arms alongside your body.
- Straighten your legs, knees unlocked.
Movement
- Flex your thighs and legs until your knees form a right angle.
- Perform an extension of your thighs and legs.
Breathing
- Inhale while bending.
- Expires during the expansion.
