Instructions

Proper position

  • Sit on the machine with your gluteus maximus pressed against the seat.
  • Move the seat forward as far as possible. Spread your feet shoulder-width apart.
  • Stretch your arms alongside your body.
  • Straighten your legs, knees unlocked.

Movement

  • Flex your thighs and legs until your knees form a right angle.
  • Perform an extension of your thighs and legs.

Breathing

  • Inhale while bending.
  • Expires during the expansion.
