Proper position
- Lie flat on the machine and grab the handles.
- The sausage should be in contact with the back of your ankles.
Movement
- Simultaneously bend your legs, bringing them as close as possible to your heels towards your buttocks.
- Control the descent to feel the tension on the hamstrings then return for another repetition.
Breathing
- Inhale while flexing.
- Expires during expansion.
