Instructions

Proper position

  • Lie flat on the machine and grab the handles.
  • The sausage should be in contact with the back of your ankles.

Movement

  • Simultaneously bend your legs, bringing them as close as possible to your heels towards your buttocks.
  • Control the descent to feel the tension on the hamstrings then return for another repetition.

Breathing

  • Inhale while flexing.
  • Expires during expansion.
