Proper position
- Stand upright, place your feet twice shoulder-width apart.
- Place the back of the machine on your shoulders.
- Back straight, knees unlocked.
Movement
- Lower your thighs and legs until the tops of the thighs are parallel to the floor.
- Raise your thighs and hips.
Breathing
- Inhale into the flexion.
- Expires in the expansion.
