Proper position
- Adjust the height of the seat so that your arms rest comfortably on the cushions.
- Place your feet shoulder-width apart, with your knees forming a right angle.
- Grasp a handle in each hand, in a supinated position (palms facing up).
Movement
- Perform a forearm flexion.
- Perform a forearm extension.
Breathing
- Inhale while bending.
- Expires during expansion.
