- Proper position
- Position yourself facing the ground.
- Your arms straight, your elbows unlocked.
- Your legs straight, your feet apart the width of your pelvis.
Movement
- Lower your arms until your chest is flush with the ground.
- Return your arms to your initial position by performing a jump followed by a slam with your hands.
Breathing
- Inhale on the descent.
- Exhale on the way up.
