Proper position
- Lie face down on the floor.
- Arms shoulder-width apart and parallel.
- Feet and knees hip-width apart.
- Your head in line with your back, facing the ground.
Movement
- Raise your arms, torso and legs.
- Hold for as long as you like.
- Slowly return to the starting position.
Breathing
- Breathe in and out calmly.
