Instructions
Proper position
- Tilt the bench approximately 80 degrees or stand upright depending on your preference.
- Sitting or standing, place your feet shoulder-width apart.
- In the low position, the bar grazes the face and touches the top of the sternum.
- Stretch out your arms.
Movement
- Position your arms to place the bar on the top of your sternum.
- Raise the bar and hold the descent.
Breathing
- Inhale while bending.
- Expires in the expansion.
