Proper Position
- Sit on the seat of the converging chest press machine, with your back firmly pressed against the backrest.
- Adjust the seat height so the handles are at chest level in the starting position.
- Grip the handles with a pronated grip (palms facing downward).
- Keep your feet flat on the floor and engage your core for stability.
Movement
- Push the handles forward and upward by extending your arms until they are almost fully extended, without locking your elbows.
- Slowly bring the handles back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Breathing
- Inhale as you bring the handles back.
- Exhale as you push the handles forward.
