Instructions
The right position
- Position yourself facing the ground.
- Spread your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
- Keep your arms straight and your elbows unlocked.
- Place your knees against the floor, legs together.
Movement
- Lower your arms until your chest is flush with the floor.
- Return to your starting position, bringing your arms back up.
Breathing
- Inhale on the way down.
- Exhale on the way up.
