Instructions

The right position

  • Position yourself facing the ground.
  • Spread your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
  • Keep your arms straight and your elbows unlocked.
  • Place your knees against the floor, legs together.

Movement

  • Lower your arms until your chest is flush with the floor.
  • Return to your starting position, bringing your arms back up.

Breathing

  • Inhale on the way down.
  • Exhale on the way up.
