Proper position
- Choose the appropriate load weight.
- Sit on the machine seat and lean back against the support.
- Lean your toes against the footrest so that your heels protrude over the support.
- Your feet are shoulder-width apart.
- Grasp the machine handles.
Movement and breathing
- Perform the movement by lifting both heels simultaneously (calf muscle contraction).
- Your toes remain on the ground. The upward movement is performed by exhaling, and the return to the initial position by inhaling.
