Instructions

Proper position

  • Choose the appropriate load weight.
  • Sit on the machine seat and lean back against the support.
  • Lean your toes against the footrest so that your heels protrude over the support.
  • Your feet are shoulder-width apart.
  • Grasp the machine handles.

Movement and breathing

  • Perform the movement by lifting both heels simultaneously (calf muscle contraction).
  • Your toes remain on the ground. The upward movement is performed by exhaling, and the return to the initial position by inhaling.
